I would say that the appearance and colors of the taskbar on the bottom is almost at the state of the art. However, there are some points that can be polished.

1. The title bar of the window is too narrow, and there is no way that I can make it bigger.
2. The grey color of the menu bar and 3D objects is just too ugly. Again, the color of the menu bar cannot be changed. In Firefox, for some reasons, the menu bar becomes very wide.
3. The light bluish color of selected items in the menu is ugly, and I hope I get to change it at least.

The window frames look a lot like the ones in Royale Vista.
The drop down button looks like its just pasted from Luna.
I like the taskbar and the black start button

What ecactly did you make, or edit? I've seen like 20 other Vista's that look just like this, other than the black Start button.
